Luis Zapata – CEO, M.A. 
Luis was born in Lima, Peru. He earned his bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked in the music industry since 1994, Luis spent time at record labels – ranging from blues to metal – working with seminal artists, from Grey Ghost to Metallica. He introduced Rock en Español to Central Texas, creating the Latino Rock Alliance. His deep roots extend into all parts of the music and event production industry.
Currently his interest focuses on integrating all aspects of modern technology into each event with a passion for realizing his goals of creating a more sustainable world through SEM’s green productions.
Jenna Wedgewood- Booking / Event Management / Promotion
Jenna Wedgewood started out as a Texas based photographer, capturing live music for over ten years. She has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients that include: Spin, Now Toronto, Austin Monthly and Gibson, as their field photographer for Austin City Limits. In late 2008, Jenna launched whitesiren presents, a booking, events, and promotion company with a strong focus on new artists in central Texas. She works with countless musicians, venues, and other promoters in the Austin, Texas area. Chris Haddad - Production Manager
Spurred by the digital media program at St. Edwards University, Chris is an all-in, no holds barred entertainment industry lover. With over five years of professional experience in contractual agreements, talent buying, event production, and production management, Chris has worked with and represented numerous live acts, event management companies, and venues alike. He is also the founder of Evidence Entertainment, which specializes in event production and venue rentals for clientele during SXSW and the Formula 1 Grand Prix, and is the talent buyer at Maggie Mae’s in the heart of Austin’s Sixth Street. Chris is proud to contribute his expertise towards growing the SEM brand.
Adam Glick - Technology and New Business Director
Adam Glick is a technologist, artist and marketeer living and working in Austin, TX. Adam has been involved in the computer graphics and digital media community for over 15 years. Adam studied Information Technology and Marketing at the University of Massachusetts/Lowell and elsewhere. Prior to joining the SEL team, Adam was a marketing manager at AMD. A former President of AMODA (Austin Museum of Digital Arts). he has put together a range of public art & technology showcases & programs partnering with organizations such as NASA and the University of Texas. He currently spends his time exploring the absurd, the arcane and the overlooked in his search for essential truth, clarity and beauty in all things.
Gaylynn Kiser
Gaylynn is an entertainment maven with 17 years experience in the music business, event and festival sectors. l sector. She specializes in sponsorship and revenue generation, brand positioning, strategic trategic development and implementation of multi-layered partnerships. Her passion is aligning properties with the ideal brands to nurture a connection with the consumer while integrating initiatives and marketing goals to meet objectives…and to have fun while doing it. In NYC she has held positions at RCA Records, CMJ, New Music Seminar, CBGB Music Festival, C&C Music Factory. In Austin, Gaylynn was Senior Staff, Sales & Marketing at SXSW, and most recently in Seattle was Sponsorship Director at Bumbershoot:Seattle’s Music & Arts Festival. Her clients are some of the world’s most recognized brands, the short list includes Toyota, Dell, TuneIn, Anheuser-Busch, Starbucks, Microsoft, Yahoo, State Farm, Miller Brewing Company, Virgin Mobile, ASCAP, Esurance, Pepsi, Samsung, T-Mobile, Playstation, Google, Rockstar Energy Drink.
